The River Vero Cultural Park is a place with numerous gastronomic possibilities. Local products cultivated in the Vega River and the Somontano region testify to know-how of our farmers.
The sheep and goats that graze in the Sierra de Guara produce excellent quality milk, which is used to make cheeses of the highest quality, which have been awarded prizes from beyond our area.
Pink tomatoes from Barbastro, recognised with a quality seal, “chiretas”, “tortetas”, hams, Extra Virgin olive oil, wines from the Somontano region, brandies and liquors, honey, sugar-coated almonds, “crespillos”, all will delight even the most demanding palates.
