Torno de Buera (Buera)
The most emblematic tree of the Mediterranean landscape is the olive tree and it was the economic foundation for many families in the Somanto. Buera is a village well-suited to discovering the various curiosities surrounding its cultivation, its environmental value, the olive oil production process and the traditions surrounding this essential product in our culture. You will do an olive oil tasting as part of the activities. You can also visit the “Santuario of Dulcis”, the ice well and the “Bosque de los Olivos” (olive tree forest) which has 18 different varieties.
